Pat Cassell, Office Manager
With over 25 years experience in the medical field and over 20 years in management, Pat is the glue that holds us all together. She has worked with Dr. Shenko for over 15 years.
Tina Shenko, RN and Patient Coordinator
Tina graduated from Fitchburg State College in 1993 where she obtained her BS in nursing. She has past experience in ortho/rehab, long-term care management and plastic/surgical nursing.
Michaella, Medical Secretary
Michaella joined our team in 2024. She is the face of our practice and greets our patients with her smile and warm and caring voice. She’s a dedicated dog mom to Gio and enjoys spending the summer months at her camper in Jamestown RI going to the beach, fishing and cooking.
Heather Kenney, Medical Biller/Coder
Heather graduated the Salter College in 2006 and has 13+ years of coding/billing experience with three coding licenses. Heather is a great asset and addition to our office. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family and bake. She’s constantly bringing the office homemade cupcakes!
