Pat Cassell, Office Manager
With over 25 years experience in the medical field and over 20 years in management, Pat is the glue that holds us all together. She has worked with Dr. Shenko for over 15 years.
Tina Shenko, RN and Patient Coordinator
Tina graduated from Fitchburg State College in 1993 where she obtained her BS in nursing. She has past experience in ortho/rehab, long-term care management and plastic/surgical nursing.
Jillian Cassell, Medical Assistant
Jillian joined the practice in 2014 as our Medical Secretary. She is now Dr Shenko’s right hand “girl”, assisting with patients, surgery and keeping his schedule moving efficiently. She greets our patients with her smile and infectious laugh and keeps things running smoothly. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her animals.
Heather Kenney, Medical Biller/Coder
Heather graduated the Salter College in 2006 and has 13+ years of coding/billing experience with three coding licenses. Heather is a great asset and addition to our office. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family and bake. She’s constantly bringing the office homemade cupcakes!
